Organization Dashboards provide leadership and managers with high-level visibility into the health, financials, and profitability of the entire organization.
To access Organization Dashboards, both of the following must be true:
ENABLE_ORG_DASHBOARD feature flag must be enabled for your organization. This is configured by a platform administrator in Settings > Feature Flags.projects:create_edit_delete permission. This is typically granted to Admin, Manager, and Project Lead roles.Warning: If you do not see the Organization Dashboards tab in the navigation, one or both of the prerequisites above are not met. Contact your organization administrator.

Warning: Profitability calculations depend on accurate cost rates being configured for each team member in Settings > Members > Cost Rates. If cost rates are missing, profitability figures will be understated.
Octayne provides seamless navigation between dashboards:
[Screenshot: Dashboard tab navigation bar showing active tab highlighted]
Tip: Bookmark your most frequently used dashboard directly in your browser for quick access.
All dashboards support filtering and date range selection to focus the data displayed.
[Screenshot: Filters panel expanded with date range, project, and client selectors]
Note: Dashboard filters are not persisted between sessions. Each time you visit a dashboard, it loads with default filters.
Utilization is calculated as:
Utilization % = (Billable Hours Logged / Available Hours) x 100
Budget Utilization % = (Actual Cost / Budget) x 100
Gross Margin % = ((Revenue - Cost) / Revenue) x 100
Tip: Hover over any metric on a dashboard to see a tooltip explaining how it is calculated and what data sources it uses.
