This guide covers how to connect and manage third-party integrations in Octayne PSA, including accounting, calendar, project management, expense, and AI tools.
You can reach the integrations page in two ways:

Note: Some integrations are configured at the organization level and apply to all members. Others are connected per user.
Once connected, Octayne PSA can sync invoices and payment data with QuickBooks Online.

Tip: Have your QuickBooks Realm ID ready before starting. You can find it in your QuickBooks URL after signing in.
Once connected, you can sync calendar events and emails with your matters.

This integration provides organization-wide access to Microsoft 365 services.

Note: This integration requires Azure AD administrator privileges. Only an admin can approve the consent flow for the entire organization.
Once connected, you can link Jira issues to matters and track project work alongside billable time.

Once connected, your Google Calendar events can be synced with Octayne PSA for time tracking and scheduling.

Once connected, expenses from Ramp will sync into Octayne PSA for allocation to matters.

Tip: You can generate Ramp API credentials from your Ramp dashboard under Developer Settings.
Once enabled, the AI Note Generator can assist with drafting time entry narratives and matter notes.

To disconnect any active integration:
The integration will be removed and data syncing will stop. Previously synced data will remain in Octayne PSA.

Note: Disconnecting an integration does not delete any data that has already been synced into Octayne PSA.
